Gayle Carpenter

Founder

Gayle, a retired nurse, has an over 20 year history of strong organizational skills. She has worked in project development, education and training, case management and fundraising in both the corporate and non-profit sector. Gayle began her career in the Intensive Care Unit and continued nursing in the Dialysis Unit and Operating Suite where she quickly progressed to leadership roles and management offers. While in the Health Care Field, she also designed and implemented quality assurance programs, procedural manuals and training programs. Gayle entered the business world as a project manager and has advanced through the roles of project management team leader, client development manager and, most recently, operations manager for a small company. Her ability to organize, conduct and evaluate events and projects on both the professional and volunteer level are highly regarded.
